Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Start by melting your butter. Do this in a large pot or saucepan over medium-high heat stirring as needed
Once the butter has completely melted, add the granulated sugar alternative, sugar free peanut butter, and milk.
Stir the mixture continuously until smooth and homogenous.
  • When the ingredients have blended together, remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder until it is fully incorporated into the mixture.
  • Next, use a spatula to gently fold in the oats.
  • To make the cookies into a ball shape like mine, when the mixture has cooled enough to touch, you can use your hands to roll the mixture into evenly sized balls (about an inch and a half inches in diameter).
Place them on the baking sheet and allow them to cool in the fridge for one hour.
  • For the flatter cookies, after mixing in the oats and chocolate, use a cookie scoop or large spoon to drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheet right away.
Then allow the cookies to set in your refrigerator.
