Recipe Notes

As mentioned above, the ingredients and instructions in this recipe have been adjusted to make this cookie without adding sugar to it. While it may not look exactly like hers or taste exactly like hers, it is a pretty good sugar free 'knock- off'. However, making this cookie exactly like hers is not possible as the chemical makeup of real brown sugar as well as the sugar in chocolate chips, is impossible to replicate in a sugar free version (maybe one day!!).

I also mentioned that you can try alternative kinds of flour to suit your needs.
Please check the packaging on your flour product for possible binders that may need to be added.
To make this low carb, use a low carb all purpose flour. Also, to make this keto use a keto all purpose flour.
*Please check the nutritional labels to assure that you are sticking to your diet restrictions for any substitutions used.
