  • Preheat your oven to 325 and prep your cookie sheets with Parchment Paper .

  • In a mixing bowl, use a fork to gently mix together your flours, baking soda, and baking powder. Next, in a large mixing bowl, beat together the sugar alternative with the butter.

  • For the next step, we will add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl. Do this by adding half of the dry ingredients at a time, stirring gently between additions. Then mix in the vanilla extract, eggs and milk (or heavy cream). Then fold in the coconut flakes by hand.

  • Bake your cookies for 14-18 minutes or until they turn golden brown

As mentioned, this cookie recipe features both Almond Flour and Coconut Flour . You will also need unsweetened coconut flakes.
Feel free to add extra ingredients to make this recipe taste even better!
By 'extra ingredients' I am talking about adding ½-1 cup of Sugar Free Chocolate Chips or perhaps some chopped nuts.
