Recipe Notes

Nutritional data is not provided for this recipe as you are choosing your own cake mix to use. Please refer to the cake mix nutritional data and add the cone and frosting to get an estimate.
I mentioned that you can top your cupcake cones with one of my sugar free frosting recipes that you can try or you can use sugar free frosting already made. Also, there are sugar free sprinkles that you can put on top to make your cupcakes look even more fun!
Also mentioned, poking a small hole in the bottom of each cone can help allow steam to release.
Keep in mind that cones naturally seem to go soft quickly when not covered. For best results, and to keep your cone crisp after baking, serve your cupcakes as soon as possible after frosting. Or, consider freezing your cupcakes until about six hours before you are ready to serve them and allow to defrost.
