Sugar Free Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

This is the best Sugar Free Strawberry Frozen Yogurt recipe. It is easy to make and does not require an ice cream maker to make it!

  • Prepare the strawberries as indicated above. Hull and then chop up the strawberries and then place them into the freezer to freeze.

  • Combine together the yogurt, strawberries, vanilla extract, optional sugar alternative or honey and yogurt in the blender or food processor. Puree the ingredients until the mixture is a smooth consistency. This should take one to two minutes most likely. You may need to stop the machine to scrape the sides of the container.

  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer container. Freeze until the mixture reaches a frozen consistency- about an hour. Allow the frozen mixture to sit out for 10-15 minutes before serving.

As mentioned, the strawberries in this recipe add both the flavor and the sweetness.
You can also add additional, yet recommended sugar alternative or honey as I will explain.
Also mentioned is that you can feel free to use another such as blueberries in this frozen yogurt reciperecipe.
You can make this recipe in a blender, food processor, or what I use, a Vitamix.
