Sugar Free Double Pudding Pops

  • Use a blender to whip together the the first box of instant pudding with the half of the milk (1 ½ cups) until they are smooth (without chunks) and bubbly. Allow the mixture to rest until the bubbles have died down (a few minutes) .

  • Remove the blender container from the stand and stir in half of the whipped topping (½ cup). Then transfer the mixture evenly to molds (or paper cups). Refrigerate this while you repeat this step with the remaining ingredients.

  • Remove the molds from the refrigerator (hopefully they have been in there about five to ten minutes) and carefully spoon in the remaining mix with the second flavor that you just made. Cover as directed in the instructions with the molds and freeze for at least six hours until frozen.

I mentioned that you will need milk or a vegan milk alternative to make this recipe. Also mentioned that whipped topping is needed and that you can use this sugar free whipped cream recipe.
Also mentioned, is that this recipe will work with four serving size of dry instant pudding mixes.
You should select a dark colored pudding mix such as sugar free instant chocolate pudding. For the light portion of this recipe select a light colored flavor of instant pudding such as sugar free cheesecake pudding or sugar free vanilla pudding.
