Sugar Free Watermelon Lime Pops

  • Use a good blender such as a Vitamix. Combine the ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. You may need to turn off the blender and manually stir the mixture as needed

  • Transfer the the mixture to your molds and insert the stick or handle. Freeze until frozen, about eight hours. It can be a bit easier to remove the pops by pacing the bottom of the molds in hot water.

As mentioned, you can make this recipe totally sugar free.
Simply substitute in sugar free watermelon powdered drink (prepared) for the watermelon juice in this recipe.
Also mentioned, you will need molds to make this recipe.
You can find a nice selection of frozen pops molds online here. Another option is to use paper cups and frozen pops sticks.
