Ingredients

  • 1 Banana - peeled and sliced, Can be frozen.
  • ½ cup Skim Milk - can use plain yogurt or vegan milk options.
  • 1 tbsp Splenda

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to the blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency.Add ice or water as needed for consistency

As mentioned , freezing the bananas is an option for making this recipe like a smoothie. To freeze bananas first remove the skin and slice the bananas and then freeze the bananas in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet for a few hours. .
I also mentioned that this recipe includes dairy.
You can use milk or yogurt in this recipe. However, vegan folks can use a nut milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
