Sugar Free Iced Coffee Macchiato

Sugar Free Iced Coffee Macchiato, How to make this delicious copycat coffee with caramel without adding sugar. Vegan option.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 ½ cups Milk See post for alternatives
  • 1 ½ cups Coffee -brewed, see post for details
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Caramel Sauce -see post for details
  • See post for optional ingredients

Instructions

  • For each mug, place half of the ice cubes (so a quarter of the total amount) in the bottom of each cup. Pour the vanilla syrup over the ice cubes and then add the remaining ice to each mug.

  • Add the milk or alternative dairy to each glass and then top with the coffee. Finally, top with the caramel sauce and any additional optional toppings. Then serve.

Recipe Notes

I mentioned that if you want the actual espresso that Starbucks uses, you simply use buy some Starbucks espresso already made . However, cold brew concentrate works amazing in this recipe too!
Also mentioned, I have a sugar free caramel sauce recipe that you can use in this recipe.
Even easier, you can buy sugar free caramel sauce online that would also work. Lastly, instead of using frothed milk, you can cut carbs, sugar, and calories by using foam whipped topping .
