  • Lightly spray your pan to prevent sticking. Start by activating the yeast by placing the warm tap water, sugar and yeast in the pan and allowing it to react. It should take eight ten minutes for it to begin to bubble.

  • Add the remaining ingredients and set the bread machine to bake at basic mode if you do not have a low carb mode.

Recipe Notes

As mentioned, you will need a bread machine yeast. This is a different kind of a yeast than the yeast that you may be using at the moment.
 
You will also need Vital Wheat Gluten (this is not a gluten free recipe).
Lastly, you will need a low carb flour.
I know that there are a lot of options out there including the gluten free kind. To be honest, I am more confident in something such as Carbalose flour.
