Recipe Notes

I mentioned that spritz cookies are cookies that rely upon the creaming of the butter with the granular sugar alternative. For best results when using a cookie press, use fresh cookie dough that is at room temperature.
Also mentioned was that this cookie works best when baked on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Prepping the cookie sheet before placing the cookies on to them can cause the cookies to spread and become flat. If your cookie dough does seem to be a bit loose when it comes out of the cookie press, try refrigerating the cookie sheet before placing the cookies on to it.
