  • Prepare the broccoli as indicated. Rinse the broccoli off and break off the florets into bite sized pieces that are easy to eat. Blanching the broccoli is optional.

  • Prepare the dressing in a bowl or large cup. You can find the homemade ranch dressing recipe instructions here.

  • Place the broccoli in a large bowl and toss with about half of the dressing. Then add the remaining ingredients including the remaining dressing and additional seasonings before and giving the broccoli salad a quick toss. Serve immediately

Using fresh broccoli is encouraged for best results in this recipe. Rinse the broccoli off and break off the florets into bite sized pieces that are easy to eat. Feel free to blanch your broccoli in boiling water with salt for a minute and then rinse is cold water to make the broccoli easier to eat.
