People ask, can you eat salad on a keto diet.
To be honest, I do not know of many, if any, diets that do not include some kind of a salad included. When it comes to keto or low carb diet salads, you just need to remember to stick to the lower carb and low to no starch ingredients that go into the salad.
This salad is based upon broccoli.
One cup of broccoli nets out at about three to four carbohydrates depending on the size of the broccoli. If you use me keto sour cream ranch dressing, that should be about all of the added carbs in your salad.
You may be wondering is ranch dressing OK on keto.
As long as you stick to low to no carbs in the ingredients added to the dressing, you should be okay. Feel free to adjust the ingredients in my dressing recipe to your needs.
