What makes Banana Bread so good?

ย Banana bread is a popular choice because of ites intense moisture and flavor from overripe bananas, along with a tender crumb, making it a perfect choice for about any time of the day.

I like how amazing this bread smells while it is baking in the oven.

How to make Banana Bread without sugar.

    1. Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a loaf pan for nonstick. I am a fan of parchment paper(think easy lift out and clean up).
    2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together your flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set this bowl aside.
    3. Next, in a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar alternative and the butter. Then stir in the beaten eggs and the vanilla extract.
    4. For the next step, we will add the flour mixture to the mixing bowl with the other ingredients. Do so by adding half of the flour mixture at a time, gently mixing between additions. When this is blended, you can fold in the bananas and optional chopped nuts.
    5. Bake your bread for 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.

Tips for making the best banana bread.

It is important that you check your banana bread frequently while it is baking.
This is because pulling the banana bread out of the oven too soon can cause the center to be soft or gooey as the bananas need to fully bake.

Here are some more helpful tips for you.

    1. Make this recipe gluten free. Use a gluten free all purpose flour such as one of these instead of regular all purpose flour.
    2. Make sure that you are using a very ripe banana for this recipe. Using a banana that is soft, will make it easier the blend the ingredients more successfully.
    3. While bananas do have carbohydrates in them, low carb diet people can use a low carb all purpose flour to keep the carbs down in their bread.
    4. If you are using a baking mix such as Carbquik, please omit the baking powder and baking soda from the ingredient list below.
    5. Adding chopped walnuts adds both flavor and texture to this banana bread recipe.

Hi. I am not that familiar with Kodia Cakes. I would read the label on the package to see what it says however.
