  • Cook the broccoli florets in boiling water for about five minutes or until tender. Allow the broccoli to cool and then chop it or process it into smaller pieces. Prep a large baking dish well for nonstick. Preheat the oven to 350

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil for three minutes. Then add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent. Then add the minced garlic and cool for another two minutes stirring occasionally. Add the cheeses to the warm skillet, one cheese at a time, stirring well between additions.

  • Once blended turn off the heat and stir in the broccoli. Then transfer to the baking dish and bake for20-25 minutes or until the center begins to bubble. Feel free to top with additional cheese or meats
