Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees and prepping a cookie sheet for nonstick. I use parchment paper with a bit of nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder and the baking soda. Set this bowl aside for a moment while you work.
Next, in a mixing bowl, blend together the melted butter, sugar alternative, vanilla extract and the egg white. Then stir in the the contents from the first bowl that you just had set aside
Transfer the mixture to your prepped cookie sheet, making sure to spread it as evenly as possible.Bake this for 15 minutes then cut it into squares without separating the pieces. Then press in the chocolate chips, as evenly dispersed as possible. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool
