These Sugar Free Brownie Crackers are really a great idea.
I mean, not only do your get your craving for chocolate satisfied, you also make your crunchy food craving happy at the same time.
Sugar Free Brownie Crackers
This is the cracker that is also chocolate.
A chocolate cracker is just about as genius as it gets in my opinion.
I am just happy that this recipe can also be made without adding a bunch of sugar to it.
However, anything that marries chocolate with crunch certainly gets my vote as well. I am sure that I am not the only person thinking about this marriage.
This really is not a hard recipe to make.
If you have been around here then you know that I do like to experiment with ideas and make them sugar free as a result. Making sugar free brownie crackers is no exception to my experimenting.
This recipe reminds me a lot of a basic cocoa cookie recipe.
The major difference would be that even though we are adding a bit of baking soda to the mix, the cookies are not rising a whole lot. Thus, we get a crispy treat instead of a cookie.
Certainly, you could easily eat these yummy chocolate flavored cookies just as they are.
However, dipping them into a glass of milk is also a good idea. I personally might even experiment and cover them with a bit of sugar free peanut butter too!
Because these crackers remind me so much of graham crackers, I would find even more ways to enjoy these cookies.
Of course, I am referring to my popular Sugar Free S'Mores as this is something that I think about almost daily 🙂 . By the way, there is a Sugar Free S'More dip recipeas well.
I should also mention that this Sugar Free Brownie recipe can be made low carb as well.
For that matter, you could also make this recipe gluten free. Simply substitute in products for the carbohydrate loaded products.

How to make these Sugar Free Brownie Crackers.
- Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees and prepping a cookie sheet for nonstick. I use parchment paper with a bit of nonstick spray on top for a recipe such as this one.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder and the baking soda. Set this bowl aside for a moment while you work.
- Next, in a mixing bowl, blend together the sugar alternative, vanilla extract and the egg white. Then stir in the the contents from the first bowl that you just had set aside.
- Transfer the mixture to your prepped cookie sheet, making sure to spread it as evenly as possible. A spatula or a scraper can help.
- Bake this for 15 minutes then cut it into squares without separating the pieces. Then press in the chocolate chips, as evenly dispersed as possible. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
