I love that this can even be done without adding a bunch of sugar to it.
Sugar Free Keto S'Mores Dip
Possibly the best part about having a barbecue or cookout is the warm s'mores that we enjoy with it.
It really is hard to not think about that melted chocolate mixed with the gooey soft marshmallows. As kids we enjoyed these with little regret.
The regular recipe for anything s'more comes with a lot of sugar.
Think about the chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows. As sinfully yummy as they are, they are also carriers of sugar. This is not a good thing for me.
The good news is that this recipe can be made without all of that added sugar.
While you could make these in the standard warm goodies in a sandwich of chocolate bar plus graham crackers, you could also enjoy this as a dip as well. You could dip anything, including that graham cracker, into the dip.

What you will need to make this Sugar Free Keto S'Mores Dip *
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips- 1 bag (8-10 ounces) You can find sugar free chocolate chips online here.
- Heavy Cream/Greek Yogurt- ¼ cup.
- Sugar Free Marshmallows- Make your own sugar free marshmallows with this recipe or purchase sugar free marshmallows online.
- Crackers to Dip- Make your own sugar free graham crackers with this recipe. or use a sugar free cracker such as a saltine.
- Oven safe cast iron skillet.
How to make Sugar Free Keto S'Mores Dip
- This recipe is usually made under a broiler. The broiler gives the marshmallows that yummy golden look. A warm oven (350) will also yield good results however, without all of the golden color. Not everyone is confident using a broiler which is why I am mentioning this.
- Remember to use precautions (protect your hand) when handling the skillet as it will be hot. I made the mistake once and will never do it again.
- On your stove over low-medium heat, melt together the chocolate and cream/yogurt in the skillet. Stir this constantly and do not allow it to bubble or boil. Conversely, you could melt these together in the microwave and transfer it to the skillet.
- Remove the mixture from the stove and allow it to cool and thicken which should take about 10 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to broiler setting.
- Carefully place the marshmallows on top of the melted chocolate. Do not push them in and do not allow them to melt into the chocolate.
- Place the skillet into the oven (broiler for about 3-4 minutes or oven for 5-10 minutes).
- Serve while warm and gooey with your choice of dippers (crackers, pretzels, etc.)
