This is my recipe for Low Carb Everything Bagels .
It is based upon that famous two ingredient recipe that is not low in carbs.
Low Carb Everything Bagels
This recipe is especially for those of us who love the everything seasoning.
However, it is also for those of us who enjoy the low carb lifestyle.
If you have ever enjoyed the taste of a great tasting everything bagel then you know just how good they can taste.
What I mean is that these are the perfect bagel to eat toasted with a bit of butter or spread on it. However, it is also the perfect bagel when paired with a bit of cream cheese and lox. Yum yum!
That everything seasoning is one of my favorites.
It is a combination of just about everything that you would find at the bottom of a bag that holds a dozen mixed bagels.
Sure, you could make it yourself if you had all of the ingredients sitting around in your kitchen.
However, you could also just buy Everything (but the bagel) seasoning for yourself.
Ingredients
sesame seeds, sea salt flakes, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds.
I also mentioned that this recipe is based upon the famous two ingredient bagel recipe.
That famous four smart point recipe features self-rising flour and fat-free Greek yogurt.
Obviously, self-rising flour is not low in carbs and as a result, we will make our own low carb self-rising flour recipe for to use in these bagels.
Self rising flour is basically all purpose flour with a few more ingredients added to it.
Those ingredients include baking powder to make what ever you are making rise as well as some salt.
You could seriously make self rising flour yourself instead of spending a bunch of money buying it for yourself.
We will use low carb flour to make our self rising flour.
If you are using a nut flour (almond etc) or a flour that is gluten free, please be sure to add some kind of a binder.
However, I do have a recipe for plain low carb keto bagels here that you can use instead of this one.
My choice for this recipe is Carbalose flour.
This is my go to low carb flour that you have most likely seen before if you are a regular around here.
Carbalose is most like regular all purpose flour, in my opinion,
We will try to keep the number of ingredients down .
While these bagels may not be two ingredient bagels, they will be lower in carbohydrates than most bagels.
As long as I get my yummy low carb everything bagel, I am happy 🙂 .

How to make Low Carb Everything Bagels
- Preheat your oven to 350 and prep your baking sheet for nonstick. I am a fan of parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, sift or whisk together your low carb flour, baking powder and salt.
- Lightly flour a flat surface for kneading your dough. Then blend in your Greek yogurt with the flour mixture in the bowl. When you are able to somewhat form a shape with this mixture (ie, it is well blended) transfer this mixture to the flat surface that you just prepped with the low carb flour. Knead this mixture until it no longer sticking. Tip: oil your hands before kneading the dough to keep it from sticking to your hands.
- Next, divide your kneaded dough into quarters. Roll each individual quarter into a 'snake' and then connect the ends together to form your four bagels. Place the bagels onto the prepped baking sheet.
- For the next step, we will sprinkle the Everything seasoning on top. Use as much as you need to in order to cover your bagels to your liking. Tip: brush beaten egg white on top of your bagels first to assure that the Everything bagel seasoning will stick better. Bake the bagels for 30-35 minutes or until the begin to brown.
