Ingredients

  • 1 cup Apple. -Skin removed and then cut into cubes.
  • 2 cups Blueberries.
  • 2 tbsp Honey.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice.

Instructions

  • Prepare. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a mat. Also preheat your oven at the lowest possible temperature (150-180 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Blend. In a food processor or blender, blend together all of the ingredients until smooth.
  • Bake. Evenly spread the mixture from the last step on to your prepared baking sheet. Use the backside of a spoon to spread the mixture out if needed so that the parchment paper/mat is completely covered. Then bake the the mixture until it is slightly sticky but, not sticking to your finger when you lightly touch it in the center (about 4-4 ½ hours, depending on the temperature used).
  • Cool. Allow the fruit to completely cool on the baking sheet. Carefully remove or peel the cooled mixture and transfer it to a piece of wax paper that is the same size as the baking sheet.
  • Cut. Use a clean scissors to cut the rollups with the wax paper that it is sitting on. Then roll the fruit roll ups up with the wax paper sitting between layers so that they do not stick together.
