Sugar Free Blueberries and Lemonade Popsicles,

Sugar Free Blueberries and Lemonade Popsicles, made with fresh fruit and no added sugar. This is a tasty frozen treat!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Lemon Juice - See post for details and alternatives.
  • cup Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Monk Fruit - See post for details and alternatives.

Instructions

  • In a blender, place about a tablespoon of the berries along with the juice. Blend this until combined.
    Then adjust the flavor by adding the sugar alternative a bit at a time.
    If this mixture is too thick, you can add water or lemonade to thin it out.
  • Divide the remaining blueberries by evenly placing them into the molds.
    Then pour the blended mixture over the blueberries to fill the molds.
  • Freeze the pops until full frozen- about six hours or overnight.
