Ingredients

1 tsp Seasonings as desired. This can include Everything Bagel, Italian Seasonings, Mediterranean Diet Seasoning Blend, Greek Seasoning Blend, Salt, and/or Pepper.

    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 300. Prep two rimmed baking sheets for nonstick.
    • Separate your eggs by placing the yolks in a large bowl and the whites in a mixing bowl.
    • Beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until stiff peaks form (about two to three minutes).
    • In the bowl with the egg yolks, cream together the egg yolks with the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • For the next step, we will carefully fold in the egg white with the egg yolk mixture. Do this by folding in about a third of the egg whites at a time
    • Scoop out about two tablespoons each of the mixture on to the prepared baking sheets. Leave a couple of inches between each of the scoops to allow for expansion.
    • Bake the bread for 20-25 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown .
