I am excited about this Sugar Free and Keto Cloud Bread
Not every bread recipe can boast about being both sugar free and keto!
Sugar Free and Keto Cloud Bread
To be honest, I had never heard of this until a few years ago.
If I were to describe this cloud bread, I would say that this is kind of like a low carb crepe that can be used in the place of bread.
The truth is that this look like a bread but, it lacks all of the carbs of a bread.
And, when I say that this bread is easy to make, I am not lying. This is because this is a simple recipe that really yields something good.
This recipe only has four ingredients.
Of course, you can add a few extra optional ingredients such as cheese or seasonings. I like the idea of personalizing this recipe as needed.

The recipe for Sugar Free and Keto Cloud Bread
As I have mentioned, this really is a simple recipe. The best part about making this is that you can use it just about anywhere that you would use a bread. Including alone, with some butter on top, or even as a sandwich.
Here is what you will need to make this recipe.
- Eggs- 3 that have been separated.
- Creme of Tarter- ¼ teaspoon.
- Greek Yogurt, Whole Milk or Creme Cheese (dairy)- 3 tablespoons
- Sugar Free Alternative- equivalent to 1 tablespoon of sugar. Granular is my choice in this recipe.
- Optional- seasonings as neededand/or shredded cheese- 1 tablespoon
How to make Sugar Free and Keto Cloud Bread
- Preheat your oven to 325. Prep a sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat together the egg whites and creme of tarter. You should see peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix together your dairy, sugar alternative, and egg yolks. You will need to mix this until smooth. Sometimes using a whisk after using a spoon with help you get it smooth enough to move on. Once smooth you can gently stir in any optional ingredients.
- Now, fold the egg white and tarter mixture into the contents of the second bowl. Do this gently to insure that your egg whites stay peaked.
- Use a scoop or large spoon to scoop the batter on to the baking sheets. This will spread to about 4".
- Bake for 30 minutes or until these begin to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool on the pans for five minutes and then transfer to a rack to finish cooling.
