What you need to make low carb brownies.
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Sugar Free Keto Chocolate Chips- Melted according to the directions on the packaging.
- Butter- Softened to room temperature.
- Sugar Alternative- The sugar alternative should be granular, measure 1:1 with sugar, and be able to be baked with.
- Almond Flour
- Eggs- Room temperature
- Vanilla Extract-
- Sugar Free Keto Chocolate Chips
How to make Keto Almond Flour Brownies
- Preheat the oven to 325 and prep a baking dish with parchment paper that overhangs two of the sides of the dish.
- Stir together the unsweetened cocoa powder with the melted chocolate chips until blended.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter with the sugar alternative. Once combined, blend in the ingredients from the last step (cocoa and chocolate).
- Add the almond flour, eggs and the vanilla extract. Mix until just combined before folding in the remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center appears set. Allow the brownies to cool for at least ten minutes before lifting out of the baking dish using the overhanging parchment paper to finish cooling.
