Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars
This is the perfect bar recipe for anyone who is watching their sugar intake. This is the recipe for delicious Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars.
Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a baking pan for non-stick.
Mix or sift together the flour and baking soda in a medium bowl. Set this bowl aside.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the sugars.
Once the mixture is creamy, you can turn the setting down to low and add the vanilla extract and then the eggs, one at a time.
Lastly, slowly pour the flour mixture from the first bowl into the mixing bowl. If you are adding the optional nuts, simply fold those in by hand
Bake these bars for 25-30 minutes. Allow them to cool before cutting into squares.
