What you will need to make this

    • Flour- 2 cups. Make this recipe gluten free by using gluten free flour instead of regular flour. However, you can make this recipe low carb by using low carb Carbalose flour.
    • Baking Soda- 1 teaspoon.
    • Butter- 2 sticks + 1 tablespoon softened at room temperature.
    • Brown sugar alternative- equivalent to ยพ cup of brown sugar. Please use granular for best results.
    • Sugar Alternative- equivalent to ยพ cup of sugar. Please use granular for best results.
    • Vanilla Extract- 2 teaspoons.
    • Eggs- 2.
    • Sugar Free Chocolate Chips- 1 8-9 ounce bag.
    • Optional- 1 cup of chopped nuts.

How to make Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars

    • Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a baking pan for non-stick.I like to use parchment paper as this makes it easier to lift out of the pan and cut into squares.
    • Mix or sift together the flour and baking soda in a medium bowl. Set this bowl aside.
    • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the sugars. I use a paddle attachment and medium setting. It should take between 2 ยฝ to three minutes to reach a creamy consistency.
    • Once the mixture is creamy, you can turn the setting down to low and add the vanilla extract and then the eggs, one at a time.
    • Lastly, slowly pour the flour mixture from the first bowl into the mixing bowl. If you are adding the optional nuts, simply fold those in by hand.
    • Bake these bars for 25-30 minutes. Allow them to cool before cutting into squares.
