  • Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a baking dish well for nonstick.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, use a whisk to mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and the spices.
  • Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the vegetable oil and the sugar alternative until creamy. Then add in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Add the dry ingredients from the medium bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Then fold in the apples.
  • Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Lastly, let cool completely before slicing and serving.
