  • Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a baking dish for nonstick.
  • Place your apples in a large mixing bowl.
    In a small bowl, use a fork or small whisk to combine together the lemon juice with the cinnamon and nutmeg. Then pour the mixture over the apples and toss the apples so that the mixture is evenly dispersed.
    Transfer the ingredients to your prepared baking dish, spreading out the apples evenly.
  • To make the crumble add the remaining ingredients (flour/oats, melted butter, and remaining cinnamon) to a mixing bowl and mix well until the mixture becomes crumbly.
    Then sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples, covering them evenly.
  • Bake the apple crumble in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples appear to be tender.
  • Allow the apple crumble to cool slightly before serving.
