Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies
This delicious recipe for Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies is easy to make. There are options for gluten free, keto, and low carb diets as well.
Preheat your oven to 350. Prep your cookie sheets with Parchment Paper .
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and the baking soda. Set this bowl aside.
Next, in a large mixing bowl,cream together the butter and the sugar alternative.
For the next step, we will add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl. Do this by adding half of the dry ingredients at a time, stirring between additions. Then stir in the pudding, vanilla extract, and the eggs. Lastly, fold in your chocolate chips.
Bake your cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they begin to brown.
