Instructions

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet(s) with parchment paper and then set it aside.
  • Use a rubber spatula or similar item to gently mix together the berries and yogurt.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about an inch apart.
  • Place the baking sheet into your freezer and freeze the dollops (clusters) until firm (about an hour).
  • To prepare the melted chocolate, use a microwave safe bowl to melt together the sugar free chocolate chips and coconut oil in your microwave, stopping to stir every every 30 seconds.
  • Carefully dip each of the clusters into the melted chocolate to coat and then place them back on to the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the flaky salt on top of each of the clusters and allow the chocolate to set before serving (about 10 minutes).
