Instructions

  • Beat together the cream cheese and sugar free powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. You can use a stand mixer (paddle attachment) or hand mixer (beater attachment) to do this.
    Then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Use a rubber spatula or similar item to carefully fold in the Cool Whip topping.
  • Refrigerating the dip for at least an hour is recommended but, optional, to allow the ingredients to set.
  • Serve your dip with fresh fruit, sugar free cookies, or with your favorite cake.
