Instructions

  • Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350 and prepare your baking sheets for nonstick.
  • Dry Ingredients. In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine together your flour and baking soda.
  • Cream. Using a large mixing bowl, beat together your butter (or shortening) and sugar alternatives until creamy (two to three minutes). Then add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • Combine. Scrape down the sides of your mixing bowl and then add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl. Mix these ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold. Use a rubber spatula or similar item to fold in your white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop. Next, use a cookie scoop to scoop out the cookie dough, roll the dough between your hands to form a ball, and then place the cookies about an inch and a half to two inches apart on your prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake. Place the cookies in your oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are a golden brown and the center is no longer moist looking.
  • Cool. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for three minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to fully cool
