Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients as indicated.
  • Place the cubed of watermelon into a large bowl. Then add the onion, jalapeno, and the garlic to the bowl and give the ingredients a quick toss.
  • Add the lime juice to the bowl over the other ingredients and once again give the ingredients a quick toss to spread the lime juice throughout.
  • Lastly, top with the cilantro. You can refrigerate this for a few hours before serving.
