Sugar Free Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

Optional topping 1 ½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries+ 1 tablespoon of sugar alternative (such as monk fruit). Crust- recipe in post

    Instructions

    • Prepare the almond crust as indicated above. Place the crust in your refrigerator while you make the filling for the bars.
      In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sweetener, and sour cream until smooth. Then stir in the lime juice. Transfer the blended ingredients to the prepared crust, evenly spreading the mixture over the crust. Refrigerate the cheesecake until firm, about four hours .

    • To make the topping, combine the berries and sugar alternative in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until thickened.
