Crispy Baked Cheese Chips

Materials

  • 2 cups Cheese -shredded, see post for details.
  • 2 tsp Seasonings -see post for details
  • ¼ cup Sundried Tomatoes - optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375. Prep two rimmed baking sheets well for nonstick.
  • Place the cheese in a medium sized bowl. If you are using more than one kind of cheese, gently mix or toss them together in a bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss the ingredients. Use a tablespoon or scoop to distribute the the mixture to the baking sheets, leaving space between each scoop. The cheese should be about two layers tall at most.
  • Bake the crisps for five to eight minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. The center may be bubbly at this point but, they should harden fully when cooled to room temperature.
  • Allow the crisps to fully cool before removing them from the pan.
