Ingredients

  • cups Milk. -Whole milk offers the best consistency for this milkshake.
  • 2 Avocadoes Ripe medium sized avocados that have been peeled and pitted.
  • 2 cups Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream.

Optional Vanilla extract for additional flavor.

Instructions

  • Combine. Place the ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend Blend the ingredients until you reach your desired consistency (about 20-30 seconds).
  • Taste Taste your milkshake and make adjustments as needed. You can pulse in a half teaspoon of vanilla for more flavor, a couple of ice cubes to thin the shake out, or add extra ice cream or avocado to thicken your shake.
  • Serve. This milkshake is best when served fresh.
