Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a rimmed baking sheet for nonstick.
  • In a large mixing bowl, use a whisk to combine together the almond meal, psyllium husk, flaxseed meal, and baking soda. Then use a spoon or similar utensil to make a well in the center of the mixture.
  • Next, in another bowl, use a clean whisk or fork to mix together the eggs, water, and vinegar. Once combined, pour these wet ingredients into the well that you made in the dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients until just combined and then let the ingredients sit for five minutes for the water to absorb into the dry ingredients (flaxseed).
  • To shape the bread dough first transfer the dough from the large mixing bowl to the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands to shape the dough into shape (round). Then use a knife to score the top of the bread with an "X".
  • Top the bread with the seeds and then bake the bread for 35-40 minutes or until it appears to be crusty and browned. Let the bread sit on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to fully cool.
