Ingredients

  • lbs Strawberries
  • 8 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mix - cheesecake variety. You will just need the 4 serving dry mix for this recipe.
  • ¾ cup Sugar Free Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Milk - or as needed for consistency
  • Cookie - sugar free cookie crumbs

Instructions

  • Start by hollowing out the strawberries if you have not done so. You can also slice off part of the bottom tips to make it flat enough to stand up when serving these (this is optional).
  • Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, pudding mix,sugar free powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Add milk as needed to thin out the consistency as needed.
  • Use a piping bag, corner cut zip top bag, or small spoon to fill each of the berries with the filling.
  • Sprinkle your cookie crumbs on top of the filling as desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least a half hour before serving.
