Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by placing your loaf pan into your freezer to get cold while you work. Also, outfit your mixer with a whisk attachment.
  • In a small bowl, use a whisk to combine together the instant espresso powder with the hot water. Whisk until the powder is fully dissolved. Allow this to cool for a minute or two and then whisk in your condensed milk.
  • Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the coffee extract along with the heavy whipping cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form (about three to five minutes).
  • Use a rubber spatula to fold in the ingredients from the first (small) bowl into the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Do this slowly and carefully as you do not want to deflate the air that you whipped into the whipping cream.
  • Transfer the ingredients to your prepared loaf pan and cover the pan with plastic or similar wrap before placing it into the freezer.
  • Freeze the ice cream for at least six hours, overnight preferred, before serving.
