Start by making the brownies using the instructions on the packaging. Use a rimmed baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper that overhangs the edges.
Once the brownies have fully cooled, use the parchment paper to lift them from the pan in order to use them to make the lasagna.
Next, make the butter and cream cheese filling by beating together softened cream cheese and butter with the vanilla extract until creamy. Then slowly add the powdered sugar alternative and mix until incorporated and creamy. To assemble the lasagna, first slice the cooled brownie into four equal sized portions (slice down the center top to bottom and side to side).
Place the first quarter of brownie on the bottom of a serving platter or cutting/work board. Spread about a quarter of the butter and cream cheese filling over the brownie layer and then top the filling with another layer of brownie and repeat the process until all of the brownies have been used. Drizzle the chocolate sauce and add the chocolate curls over the top layer of butter and cream cheese filling. Refrigerate your brownie lasagna overnight before slicing and serving.
