To make this recipe we will simply layer sugar free brownies with a homemade butter and cream cheese filling.
The dessert will then be topped with a chocolate drizzle.

- This chocolate lasagna can be served as is once the layers have full set.
- You can serve this chocolate lasagna with a scoop of Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream or a dollup of Sugar Free Whipped Cream.

Ingredients needed to make Sugar Free Brownie Lasagna
- Sugar Free Brownie Mix. You will also need the ingredients needed to make those brownies.
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips. Semisweet work best however, you can use the chips of your choice.
- Cream Cheese. Your cream cheese should be softened to room temperature so that it can be easily blended to make the filling.
- Butter. Use salted butter that has been softened to room temperature.
- Vanilla Extract. This helps balance out the other flavors.
- Sugar Free Powdered Sugar. Keto Low Carbohydrate folks can use a powdered sugar that is low in carbohydrates.
- Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup. This is drizzled over the lasagna and can be omitted if desired.

Prep: 15 minutes.

- Start by making the brownies using the instructions on the packaging. Use a rimmed baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper that overhangs the edges.
- Once the brownies have fully cooled, use the parchment paper to lift them from the pan in order to use them to make the lasagna.
- Next, make the filling by beating together softened cream cheese and butter with the vanilla extract until creamy. Then slowly add the powdered sugar alternative and mix until incorporated and creamy.
- To assemble the lasagna, first slice the cooled brownie into four equal sized portions (slice down the center- top to bottom and side to side).
- Place the first quarter of brownie on the bottom of a serving platter or cutting/work board. Spread about a quarter of the filling over the brownie layer and then top the filling with another layer of brownie and repeat the process until all of the brownies have been used.
