    Homemade whipped cream is simple, fresh, rich, and fluffy as well as made with ingredients that you know.

    • Heavy Whipping Cream. Your heavy whipping cream should be chilled. A full fat coconut milk can alternatively be used.
    • Powdered Sugar Alternative. The amount needed can vary according to how sweet you want the whipped cream to be.
    • Vanilla Extract. For flavoring. Certainly, an alternative extract can be used if desired.

    How to make homemade Whipped Cream

    1. Start by refrigerating your your mixing bowl and beaters/whisk attachment for twenty minutes.
    2. Place the heavy whipping cream into your refrigerated mixing bowl along with the sugar alternative and the vanilla extract.
    3. Outfit your mixer with the refrigerated beaters or whisk attachments.
    4. Beat the ingredients on medium-high until soft peaks begin to transfer to stiff peaks.
    5. Stiff peaks form when the cream holds its shape when the beaters are raised.
    6. Be careful not to overbeat your whipped cream, as it can turn heavy kind of like butter. Stop once you achieve the desired consistency.
