Frequently asked questions about Frozen Yogurt Bark.
Frozen yogurt bark is a frozen treat made out of yogurt and other ingredients such as fruit. When made with yogurt and fruit, frozen yogurt bark is a healthier treat option to enjoy especially on a warm day.
To make frozen yogurt bark, the yogurt is spread evenly on a baking sheet before the other ingredients are added and then it is frozen. Once the frozen yogurt has fully set, it can be broken into pieces and enjoyed.
Yogurt can indeed be frozen.
It should first be wrapped or stored in an airtight container before freezing.
However, it is best to not freeze yogurt for longer than a few weeks.
No matter how well the yogurt has been wrapped up or stored, it will still be prone to developing ice crystals which can have an effect on the color and the quality of the yogurt bark.

More helpful tips for you.
- My recipe calls for using strawberries, kiwi, and shredded coconut. Feel free to use the fruit of your choice or even adding chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or granola for an extra crunch.
- Use a rimmed baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper that overhangs the sides of the sheet. This will make it easier to transfer the yogurt for freezing and remove it from the baking sheet for breaking into pieces.
- When you add your toppings add each one evenly distributed over the yogurt. This will help to ensure that every bite has a perfect balance of flavors.
- Before breaking your yogurt bark into pieces, make sure that it is completely frozen solid. This will make it easier to cut or break into pieces and will give your yogurt bark the perfect texture.
How to store frozen yogurt bark.
This frozen yogurt bark should be stored in an airtight container or wrapped individually airtight. If properly stored in your freezer this bark should keep for up to two weeks.
