How to make Kiwi and Strawberry Popsicles.

    1. Start by soaking the chia seeds. Place the seeds in a large pitcher with the coconut milk and the sugar alternative. Stir the ingredients to combine and then let the seeds open (about 35 minutes). Also, wash and dry your molds as needed to make sure that they are clean.
    2. To prepare the kiwi, first peel the kiwi and then cut them into slices. The slices should be about a quarter of an inch thick.
    3. To prepare the strawberries, rinse them in water then hull them (remove the stems). Then cut the strawberries to about a quarter of an inch thick.
    4. To prepare the molds, evenly divide the sliced fruit so that they each get the same amount of kiwi slices and strawberry slices. Place the designated slices into the molds.
    5. Next, use the pitcher that the chia seeds were soaking in to pour the ingredients from the pitcher into each of the molds.
    6. Place the sticks or holders that came with the molds into the each of the molds before placing them into the freezer.
    7. Freeze the pops until hard. This should take about five hours.

No Added Sugar Kiwi and Strawberry Popsicles

Here are some tips for making the best frozen fruit pops.

While I am using kiwi and strawberries, you can use the fruit of your choice. Whatever fruit that you choose to use, make sure that it is sliced to not thicker than a quarter of an inch thick.

Here are some more tips for you.

    1. This recipe uses coconut milk for both texture and flavor. Alternatives for this include soy or almond milk.
    2. Make this recipe in ice cube trays instead of molds. You can still use popsicle sticks to eat them or simply pop them into a beverage instead.
    3. If you have difficulty unmolding the frozen pops, you can place the molds in sink filled with lukewarm water (halfway up the sides of molds at most) to loosen.

    How to store frozen popsicles.

Obviously, you can store these pops in a freezer.
However, once they have frozen to a solid state, you can transfer them to individual baggies or wrap them for easy storage.
