- Almond Flour- 1 cup
- Butter- 2 tablespoons, melted.
- Sugar Free Powdered Sugar- 2 tablespoons.
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder- 2 tablespoons.
How to make the cheesecake base for this recipe.
This makes about six crusts for small jars.
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a small or medium sized bowl.
- Evenly distribute the combined ingredients into the bottom of clean jars. You can use a wide handle from an ice cream scoop or similar object to carefully press the crusts in place.
- Transfer the jars to your refrigerator to allow them to set (about 20 minutes).

- Prepare the crust as indicated above. Allow your crusts to set in the refrigerator.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Then add the powdered sugar alternative, unsweetened cocoa powder, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Next, in a new mixing bowl and mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the heavy whipping cream unit firm peaks form. Once your peaks form you can add this to the first mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Evenly transfer the filling to the jars that have been refrigerated. Refrigerate until set, at least two hours.
- Top the cheesecake jars before serving with any desired toppings such as fruit or whipped topping.
