  • Preheat your oven to 325 and prepare a square baking pan for nonstick.
  • Place the dry cake mix into a mixing bowl and use a whisk to break up any clumps.
    Add the oil and the eggs to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined.
  • Use a rubber spatula to fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the brownie batter to your prepare baking pan and top with optional ingredients such as additional chocolate chips or nuts as desired.
  • Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes or until the edges appear to be set.
  • Let the brownies cool in the baking pan for about 15 minutes before removing the brownies from the pan.
