Preheat your oven to 325 and double prep your bundt cake for nonstick.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and the sugar alternative until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and heavy cream to the mixing bowl. Use a whisk or whisk attachment to fully incorporate these ingredients into the creamed butter and alternative.
Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda to the mixing bowl and continue to whisk the ingredients until just combined.
Lastly, use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the chocolate chips that are needed for the cake.
Evenly transfer the cake batter to your prepared bundt pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until begins to brown and a toothpick comes out clean (test in more than one location if you are getting melted chocolate on your toothpick).
Allow the cake to cool in the pan on a wire cooling rack for 15 minutes. To remove the cake from the pan, gently tap the pan on your countertop and then carefully invert the cake onto the rack to cool completely.
To make the ganache, simply microwave the ingredients, stopping to stir every 20 seconds, until creamy. You can drizzle this or spread this evenly over the fully cooled cake.
