Start by prepping a square baking dish with parchment paper or foil that overhangs the sides of the dish.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, use a large spoon to somewhat combine together the frosting and the sugar free white chocolate chips. Microwave the ingredients until they are melted and smooth, stopping every 20 seconds to carefully stir the ingredients. It should take between one and a half to two minutes for get the ingredients smooth and melted. Carefully remove the bowl from your microwave and stir in the in the extract.
To make the swirl effect like my fudge has, remove about about a third of the fudge which will be the fudge that is white (without food coloring added).
Add the orange food coloring to the larger bowl of fudge and stir. The amount of coloring that you should add depends on how orange you want you fudge to be.
Then evenly spread the orange fudge into your prepared baking dish.
Use a spoon to add the remaining (white) fudge to the dish without mixing together the layers as you do this. Then take a wooden skewer or similar items to swirl together the orange and white fudge. Mix in all directions to create an even “swirl” pattern. Once the fudge has cooled to room temperature, cover it with wrap of foil and place it into the refrigerator to set.
Then, once your fudge has fully set, you can lift it out of your pan, using the overhanging parchment paper, and slice it into servings.
