  • Prepare your slow cooker by lightly spraying it with nonstick.
  • Place all of the ingredients into your slow cooker.
  • Cover your slow cooker and cook on low heat for an hour, scraping down the sides of the slow cooker with a rubber spatula and stirring the ingredients occasionally.
  • After an hour of slow cooking, stir the ingredients and continue to cook covered for up to an additional half hour if needed for the chocolate to fully melted.
  • Meanwhile, prepare a couple of rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to scoop out the candy and place the scooped candy on to the baking sheets.
  • Let the candy sit at room temperature to harden.
