Instructions

  • Double prep a square baking dish (my fudge was made in a 9X9 dish) for nonstick.
For a recipe like this one, I will first spray the dish with nonstick and then line it with wax or parchment paper that hangs over the sides of the pan.
  • Place all of the chocolate chips (2 cups Sugar Free Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips and 1 cup Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips) in a In a large microwave safe bowl and then cover the chips with the 14 oz Unsweetened Condensed Milk.
  • Microwave the chocolate chips and condensed milk on high for one minute and then carefully stir the ingredients.
Continue microwaving the ingredients, stopping to stir every 15 seconds, until the chocolate chips have fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Once the ingredients in the bowl have been fully blended you can stir in the remaining ingredients (2 tsp Vanilla Extract, ¼ tsp Sea Salt, and optional nuts).
  • Transfer the ingredients to your prepared baking dish and refrigerate until set (about two hours).
Use the extending parchment paper to lift your fudge from the dish and slice into portions before enjoying.
